It allows you to set your guild status to "Open, Close and Request"

• Open: Allows the players to join your guild without the need of approval from anyone in your guild.
• Close: Disallow players from joining your guild or requesting a join request.
• Request: Allows the player to request for join in your guild.

Only the role with guild invite can accept and decline
