# **NEW RULES for RMT** Follow to Avoid Problems!
- Effective from: **October 16, 2025**
**RMT (Real Money Trading)** means exchanging real money or equivalents (e.g. PayPal, Gcash, Gift Cards, Pix, etc.) for in-game items or herocoins.
**What Is Allowed:**
You can sell or buy:
- In-game items
- Herocoins
- In-game Nicknames
- Boosted items

- **Do NOT send Money first**
- **Do NOT buy or sell Accounts**
- Renting or lending accounts or items for temporary use
- Selling items obtained through exploits, or illegal methods
- Spamming trade offers
**Penalties:** Permanent Ban (No unban)
**Responsibility & Safety — IMPORTANT PAYMENT WARNING**
# **Do NOT send MONEY first**
- **If the buyer pays first and the seller disappears or scams**, the server cannot recover the money, staff will not refund or reverse external payments!!
- **If the seller transfers items first and the buyer never pays** the server **CAN** take action to recover the items more easily and ban the "buyer" (investigation of in-game logs)
- **All RMT trades are at your own risk**
- Staff will not mediate or refund failed external payments. Scam reports may be reviewed, but compensation is not guaranteed
- Staff may investigate suspicious activity to protect the server economy, but players should take precautions before completing deals.
